No great loss there. I still prefer face to face, but in a tech world, there’s less opportunity for that. Having said that, I now run workshops with all sorts of people from across the globe that I would never have had the opportunity of facilitating.
I’m pretty sure as head conference caller you can mute (and unmet) people – at least that’s the case with our software. It’s all in the power of the finger these days
