On hearing of Neil Armstrong’s death, I decided to delve a little bit into the life of the first man to walk the moon. I was excited to discover he was an engineer. Shying from the lime light, in a rare interview in 2000 he described himself as
‘I am, and ever will be, a white-socks, pocket-protector, nerdy engineer.’
RIP 5 August 1930 – 25 August 2012
Without nerds, we’d be nowhere. In fact, I hate even using the word “nerd.” I like to instead think of them as innovators. 🙂
You’re so PC. Try studying with 70 other engineers and see what your thoughts are then. Anyway, that doesn’t take anything away from Neil 🙂

Ha ha! Guess I haven’t experienced that other side.
Maybe your next career after your novel one

Neil Armstrong was a good choice to be the first earthling to step on the moon… and, not just because he was an engineer. (Although that is great, too.) Nice cartoon!
A true ambassador.
