I’m very excited to be releasing my 5th piece of work in The Art of Series

This side project involves reinterpreting timeless art favourites through a cartoon filter and transporting it into modern living. It fuses iconic works of art with everyday life by incorporating the actual product (such as a tea towel, wall clock or phone case cover) within the context of the art illustration. In this way, I hope to bring some fun to everyday life when interacting with common household products… Yes, dish drying, can be fun!

Five e-stars to the person who correctly guesses first in the comments field below

      5 Stars to you Seeker!
Note to self…I need to make sneak peeks trickier.

      • I’m not surprised Seeker guessed right (Leonardo was my guess too), engineers can identify their own! BTW, is he a role model for you, Marti? Like Leonardo, you have both an artistic side and an engineering side.

Hey GD! I do admire Leonardo’s work and possibly because I dabble in both the arts and science… I guess I never looked at it from that perspective. He’s certainly my favourite renaissance artist, not for his painting, but for his pen and ink drawings and all those amazing designs he came up with. So, you dabble in both – who’s your favourite artist?

GDK, I supposed engineers can tell by the arc, curve, lines. Leo created a beautiful painting of Mary Magdalene.

Leonardo Da Vinci, of course. Can’t remember the name of the piece, but I know which one it is. (helpful, Huh?
